I'm Merani, a media artist and designer with a passion for the internet, machines and experiments from Berlin. Human characteristics in technology and how we as humans are currently using and connecting with is a large focus of mine. Usually I try to find the balance between poetics and playfulness.
I’m a Visual Communication New Media Class graduate of Prof. Joachim Sauter's (Berlin University of the Arts) and have previously also studied in Taipei, Aberdeen and Stuttgart.
I'm also the creative director and curator of morph. The event and pop-up exhibition series "morph" puts a spotlight on political and pop-cultural issues with an explicit focus on technology. With this, we aim at cultivating a network that allows us to elevate the interconnectedness of music and art to a new level.
